This Years ACVO National Service Animal Eye Exam Event!
At Animal Eye Care, we’re excited to invite you and your beloved companions to participate in the ACVO National Service Animal Eye Exam Event. This exclusive opportunity offers free ocular screening eye exams to eligible Service & Working Animals every May. Hosted by the American College of Veterinary Ophthalmologists, this philanthropic initiative relies on the involvement of ACVO Diplomates who generously donate their time, staff, and services to support the well-being of service animals.
Registration for this event is open annually from April 1st to 30th, with offering dates spanning from May 1st to 31st. These complimentary eye exams are conveniently available at Animal Eye Care.
To participate, simply follow these steps:
- Register Your Dog: Guide your clients to register their dogs through ACVO. Upon registration, they’ll receive a unique registration number and a list of participating hospitals.
- Schedule the Exam: Once registered, encourage your clients to reach out to us at Animal Eye Care. We’ll assist in scheduling the exam. Remember, having the registration number on hand is crucial for scheduling.
This event celebrates the hardworking service animals and underscores the importance of ocular health. With over 8,000 animals served annually, your support in guiding clients to participate is invaluable.
